Product Description

Inflatable membrane structures represent a novel architectural form utilizing high-performance flexible membrane materials as an enclosure system. By continuously supplying air into a sealed interior space through mechanical means, these structures maintain a stable internal-external pressure differential. This creates a robust structural system with exceptional rigidity and load-bearing capacity, enabling the creation of diverse architectural forms.

This structure eliminates the need for complex traditional foundations and extensive civil engineering works, while also bypassing scaffolding construction. Air Dome construction cycles can be shortened to approximately 15-25 days, significantly reducing labor, material, and time costs.

The air-supported structure utilizes a PVC membrane that allows 25% of natural daylight to permeate the interior, eliminating the need for artificial lighting during daytime hours. In addition, its PVDF coating offers high solar reflectivity and rapid heat dissipation, significantly reducing the energy demand for climate control systems.
